Request for support hub
With the aim of meeting the needs of children and families at the earliest level, our ‘one front door’ service provides advice, support and will triage and screen referrals and phone calls to ensure signposting to the correct service, targeted to the right level of need.
The Hub accommodates Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) services, which bring professionals together to gather and share information in the event of safeguarding concerns.
Assessment and support team
Alongside developing trusted relationships with children and their families, our assessment and support teams undertake child and family assessments - supporting children and families on a short- term basis, ensuring partnership agencies offer ongoing early help support.
The teams also undertake family court proceedings, child protection enquiries and support families to prepare for initial child protection conferences.
