An exciting opportunity has arose for a Night Assistant at the Rehabilitation and Assessment Centre (ARC), supporting individuals to improve and maintain their independence at home.
The the successful applicant will work as part of a integrated team with health and social care, delivering quality care and support to up to 33 clients, gaining recognized skills to enhance personal development opportunities.
Our aim is to provide support and rehabilitation to adults within a safe and secure environment giving them the opportunity to re-gain skills with their everyday activities as they would if they were at home, whilst having the support of a dedicated staff team.
We are looking to recruit dynamic, motivated persons to join our well established team and take on the role of Night Assistant. The post holder will be expected to support individuals accessing the service to maintain their health and social care needs, in a person centered approach.
The successful candidate will be working on a rota basis, from the hours of 22.00 to 07.30, including weekends and bank holidays

The successful applicant will be required to work outside of a 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday work pattern and will receive an additional payment on top of the quoted salary as a result.
