The Employee Assistance Programme
A free service which can assist with all of life's ups and downs. Available for employees, their families and any dependents aged 16 to 24. The service is here to give advice on a range of topics and can help with any work or non-work-related issue.
Manbassador
The Manbassadors programme is an initiative delivered by ManHealth and curated by Our Minds Work.
The programme trains male employees to become wellbeing advocates at work, giving men the space and support they need to get help.
Menopause support
Whether you are someone going through menopause or have a colleague or family member suffering from some of the symptoms, there is information, surveys, and a virtual employee group ‘Pause to Support’ here to help.
