An exciting opportunity has arisen within Blackpool Council to recruit an Operational Business Administrator to our Home Care and Reablement Service.
We are looking for someone to support the referral pathway in to the service and allocate/deploy staff resources through an electronic staff rota and Care Planning system to meet the demands of the service.
The role will be to provide administrative and organisational support to the Home Care Service, dealing with Service Users, Staff and other stakeholders via telephone/email/Face to face.
We are looking for someone who enjoys to work as part of a team, able to adapt to change, and work to required deadlines in a fast moving, innovative and customer focused service.
The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated, dynamic, reliable and hardworking as well as be competent with ICT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working weeks are 5 days out of 7 which includes weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis with shifts between the hours of 7am and 10pm (37 hours per week).

The successful applicant will be required to work outside of a 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday work pattern and will receive an additional payment on top of the quoted salary as a result.
