We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic person with a wide range of skills, who can work collaboratively with partners and stakeholders, be able to forge relationships, whilst supporting ongoing improvements in the delivery of high quality Social Care across Blackpool`s Internal and external markets.
The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that they possess the skills to engage, have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, along with good attention to detail.
You should also have experience of querying ,and analysing data and able to present the results in an appropriate and meaningful way
You must be adaptable to change in this evolving, innovative and customer focused service, be enthusiastic, self-motivated with excellent communication and time management skills

The successful candidate will be working on a 5 over 7 day rota which includes weekend working, bank holidays and a Divisional Management on call rota to ensure capability of response to out of hour emergencies across providers
